2019 Lesson Six: Sink or Float? (Density)

In science we learned about why items sink or float. We learned that the density of an object can cause it to sink or float. When objects are more dense than water, they will sink. But when objects are less dense than water, they will float!

We had fun testing some objects to see if they would sink or float.

Ask your kids the results of our experiments!
